Oracle America, Inc. has openings for Systems Analysts Support in Frisco, TX. As a member of Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving extremely complex (often previously unknown), critical customer issues. Performing assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management. Further, the Advisory Systems Engineer is sought by customers and Oracle employees to provide expert technical advice. Leading contributor individually and as a team member. The Systems Analyst-Support position does not and will not manage/lead a team. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Because of substantial customer interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer software engineering-related occupation. Experience must include:
1. Understanding of Oracle Engineered systems like Exadata, Exalytics, Super Cluster;
2. Proficiency in installing, configuring Oracle Ebusiness Applications. Design the architecture topology. Design instance provisioning setup over lifespan of project, recommend different backup strategies. Troubleshoot database or Ebusiness product or architecture related issues;
3. Proficiency in administering and knowledge of various features in Oracle RDBMS version 9i/10g/11g/12C, including advanced features such as Real Application Clusters and HA solutions. Understanding of Various Oracle Products such as GoldenGate, Demantra, ASCP, SOA, OID, OEM;
4. Designing and implementing DMZ architecture, SSL implementation and internet-based models for Oracle Ebusiness environment;
5. Proficiency in Oracle Ebusiness SysAdmin operations (users, menus, responsibilities, and workflow);
6. Knowledge of Unix and shell scripting;
7. SQL/PLSQL programming knowledge; and,
8. Oracle Certification for Database Administration, and Oracle Certification for Exadata.
Some travel may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
