If so, then you may be our next Channel Marketing Manager. Constant Contact is looking for a smart, motivated professional to be responsible for measuring, analyzing and finding trends in data, then developing strategies and campaigns to reach and exceed our goals.
We are looking for someone who is extremely analytically oriented; who can understand business needs and how to develop marketing and sales strategies based on data insights. You should also be detail-oriented, creative, flexible, and able to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This is a strategic and analytic role that aligns channel and field marketing programs with corporate objectives and then tracks effectiveness to ensure maximum sales impact.
The position will report into the Senior Manager of Solution Provider and Field Marketing.
Key
Responsibilities:
Measure, test, and report on the results of marketing campaigns and events; while ensuring data integrity.
Conduct post-program assessment to track results, measure ROI, and objectively compare programs to one another, leading to program optimization.
Find trends in past performance to suggest opportunities for marketing campaigns to support prospecting, lead & pipeline generation and sales opportunity acceleration.
Collaborate with Area Directors leading local marketing and sales initiatives where they live across North America and the UK, and Account Managers, who support our channel sales partners from our Waltham office, to create comprehensive strategic marketing plans that support territory growth plans.
Track field activities to recommend strategies, programs and campaigns to deliver stronger sales results.
Prioritize program opportunities to determine where to spend time and budget resources to deliver the biggest impact to territory growth.
Analyze product trialer and new customer activities to find opportunities for optimization and efficiencies leading to increased conversion rates and higher lifetime value.
Assist in the goals, planning and execution of various market research projects.
Skills/Technical Expertise:
Experience in all facets of marketing campaign development and analysis including field marketing, joint marketing plans with partners, market development and lead generation activities such as online, direct mail, web-based, social media marketing and face-to-face event experience is required for this role. The candidate must be sales-focused, a strong relationship builder and collaborator, a strategic thinker, extremely responsive, creative, proactive, and hands on, with the ability to work with various levels of management in a highly matrixed environment. Candidate should also possess the following:

Background/
Experience:
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of marketing experience, with 2
years focused on campaign analysis.
Small business and technology industry experience preferred
Channel Marketing experience preferred
MBA preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com
Willing to travel as needed (5-6 times/year)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
