Job Duties: Develop technical components and aspects of data exchange relationships such as planning, mapping, setup, configuration, and testing. Interact as necessary with other IT functional areas to ensure successful implementation of projects. Develop processing documentation and procedures of new data load implementation. Perform data loads, post data load verification, ad-hoc queries, and data analysis. Develop ad hoc queries to support business requirements. Review data dictionary, sample feed request, data layout documentation, determination of processing cycle, reference tables, and mode of transmissions to determine capability within processing environment. Prepare detailed requirements through product development and other functions to support project team. Interface with Viant infrastructure for FTP/EDI requirements. Work with business units to define basic business screening rules for data mining. Utilize experience with SDLC to design efficient solutions to business needs. Mentor junior and senior level colleagues.
Specific Skills: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) developing technical components and aspects of healthcare data exchange relationships such as planning, mapping, setup, configuration, and testing; 2) performing data loads, post data load verification, ad-hoc queries, and data analysis; 3) utilizing SQL and advanced data modeling and Oracle database tuning concepts; 4) working with the Fraud Waste & Abuse business model. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
