Our client, located in Warsaw, IN., is looking for an Administrative - Data Entry Clerk for a 3 month project.

Job Summary
Responsible for data input, manipulation, updates, and retrievals as necessary to support our clients Clinical Projects. Works closely with data group and assists Clinical Affairs staff with data archiving, logging, filing, and special projects as necessary.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for scanning case report forms and verifying data with a high level of accuracy.
Maintains Oracle Clinical discrepancy database for clinical studies.

Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, Oracle and relational database software.
Must be detail-oriented and have a thorough knowledge of principles and procedures necessary to ensure data quality and integrity.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Livelink.
Must be capable of handling confidential information.
Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
Must be able to type 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.

Education/ Experience Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred) plus previous experience with Oracle and other software programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
