Your daily responsibilities include:
MAJOR JOB DUTIES: _Duties include, but are not limited to the following:_
Prepare all cold foods as assigned.
Maintain clean and well organized workstation.
Keep foods stocked and rotated.
Assist and trains new kitchen prep personnel.
Responsible for maintaining par levels of food items as assigned.
Assist in record keeping of foods issued.
Must provide courteous and friendly service to all staff.
Performs related work as requested.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Experience: _ _Prior food preparation experience. Prior food preparation training.
EDUCATION _: _High School Diploma or GED.
SKILLS: _ _Requires mobility. Requires prolonged standing. Requires bending and reaching from floor level to 6 ft. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 500 lbs. Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires the use of electrical equipment and sharp utensils. Requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch and sound. Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers or symbols. Requires normal vision range with absence of color blindness._ _
