Job Description:
I. Position purpose / scope: This position is responsible for: ? Supervising all accounting/auditing staff and functions ? Reviewing all revenue audit related reports and checklists for accuracy ? Assisting with implementing policies and procedures directly related to Regulation 6A and MICS ? Ensuring compliance with local and state gaming statues II. Functions and
Responsibilities: Essential: o Review all Regulation 6A documents: CTR?s, MTL?s, checklists, etc. o Ensure departmental policies and procedures are followed. o Ensure employees are properly trained. o Preparation and training on various financial reports and analysis. o Daily review process of audits and checklists. o Responsible for completing work schedules. o Ensure all exceptions are completed and returned timely. o Ensure all variances are documented. Non-essential: o Continuing the growth and development of staff. o Review various reports. o Able to communicate in English with staff and upper management.

III. Knowledge and skill requirements: Essential: o College degree preferred o Accounting and/or financial background. o Understanding of gaming regulations. (MICS & Regulation 6A) o Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff. o Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. o Good verbal and written English communication skills. o Knowledge of common business computer applications.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
