Position Objective
The Information Technology Support Intern will experience the day-to-day activities for supporting clients of a high-tech software company. This person will be a valuable resource assisting corporate IT, hosting and/or OS/DBA support teams with closing support tickets, assisting our Installation Team installing Tyler software at client sites, installing OEproof-of-concept test environments for internal testing and training, and adding to our documentation library. To ensure that this is a well-rounded, real-world experience, the intern will receive guidance from senior team members, the IT Manager, and will participate in team meetings.
Responsibilities
Assist staff with closing customer Information Technology support tickets for our clients
Assist with installing Tyler software for client sites
Prepare and/or modify system documentation
Research and implement various sand-box environments for testing, training, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of server hardware (including web servers) and network configurations
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with a team of professionals on technical and business issues
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
