Senior Marketing Analyst - Customer Analytics

Company Name:
HireMinds

Our client is a Fortune 50 Company with deep roots in the consumer and healthcare industries. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to work on their Customer Analytics team. The company, nestled between Boston and Providence, is on the cusp of some major innovations in healthcare and now, more than ever, is an exciting time to be part of these transformations! Local candidates preferred but the client will provide a strong relocation package for the right person.

We are not looking for a number cruncher. Analytical and problem-solving skills are of paramount importance - looking at the big picture, delving deep into the business to understand the issues colleagues grapple with and then figuring out what data to extract and analyze that's the skillset we are seeking. Someone who can take data analysis to the next level and develop and present recommendations that can then be acted upon.

The role includes

Analyzing customer behavior
Designing test and learn strategies
Measuring marketing programs
Building customer profiles and dashboards
Leveraging data to make business decisions and recommendations.

Is this you?

A minimum of four years working in a data analytics role
A SQL guru - an expert at queries and aggregating data
Passionate about solving (complex) business/customer problems
Knowledge of SAS or SPSS (preferred)
Track record of translating data into meaningful and actionable recommendations
Healthcare industry experience - a plus
Bachelor's degree

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
