Job Description
We are currently seeking 12 temporary Customer Care Consultants (CCC) to be responsible for responding to a variety of in-bound telephone calls, postal inquiries and enrollment requests for the Federal benefits programs. The CCC may be required to make outbound calls to existing customers to obtain, verify, and/or update customers'' demographic, eligibility, enrollment, and billing / payroll information. They will also be responsible for analyzing, investigating and resolving issues relating to customers'' account(s) for multiple benefit programs.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 - 2 years experience servicing customers by phone and/or other communication channels preferred
Prior experience with a web-based customer service administrative system preferred
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required and experience tracking system tickets preferredThese positions are expected to last 6-9 months with the possibility of hire at that time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
