Applicants must be able to work with many different personalities, be extremely well organized, as well as be able to preform meticulous and sometimes repetitious tasks. Must be able to work in a team oriented environment. Duties may include but not limited to: hanging and folding freight, filling peg hooks, moving freight, merchandising product, working in stock areas, and working with shop managers to do mark downs. All Scheels associates receive comprehensive training in the required department(s) and an incentive based pay structure with the ability to increase their earnings daily through strong performance.
