Promote department goals through efficient and timely application of cash to patient accounts, striving to enhance customer satisfaction through knowledgeable, courteous response to customer needs and by minimizing customer inconvenience in the cash application process. Follow up and resolve electronic posting errors and rejections. Recognize and resolve problems and bring to attention of supervisor when appropriate. Provide accurate and thorough documentation for annual audit of the cash posting process. High School Diploma including business courses preferred. Minimum of one year related business experience required. Insurance knowledge preferred. Proficient use of personal computers.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
