Position
Responsibilities:
Engages in mold interchanges, assembles and disassembles molds and appropriate components.
Responsible for prevention maintenance on all molds.
Repairs all molds as required.
Troubleshoots and repairs all electrical problems on hot-runner manifolds
Performs dimensional inspections on components and plates.
Records all problems and notes past history.
Maintains the spare parts program for all tools.
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to read mold prints-basic machine shop background.
Good mechanical aptitude
Basic electrical knowledge a plus
Must be able to work in a team environment
Have Good Safety Practices
Problem solving skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
