Jacobs/TEIMS Advanced Systems Division (ASD) has an immediate need for a Program Scheduler/Cost Analyst in Nashua, NH. This individual will provide support to TEIMS Global Mission Solutions (GMS) programs in the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Cost Performance Reports (CPR).
Responsibilities:
Duties and Res ponsibilities:
Design, build and maintain integrated project schedules, monitor project performance, and generate accurate and timely reports and analyses.
Critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, status compilation of specific WBS elements within the IMP/IMS, SOW, EV performance, measurement, schedule configuration control, schedule data analysis and reporting.
Interfaces with project managers, IPT leads, program staff, customer business team and business management.
Support the development of tailored project schedules
Integrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive program schedule
Interpret and apply critical program milestones and events within the IMS. Analyze and evaluate need dates and projected delivery schedules.
Create financial products from the IMS for program overview briefings and documentation in support of overall program execution.
Assist in financial analysis and support for GMS programs from proposal development to program close out.
Assist Sr. Financial Analyst and Business Manager in pricing and development of cost proposals prior to award, establishing initial budgets after award, monitoring program costs, and reporting variances.
Generate bi-weekly and monthly reports and presentations to monitor financial performance.

Qualifications:
Education and skills requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field required with 2 years of specific work experience.
Proficient in MS Project and standard MS office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

years related experience in earned value management, engineering/operations planning and/or program master planning and scheduling and integrated cost/schedule management preferred.
Experience and understanding software development process preferred.
Experience with Primavera (P6), Visual Basic, and DCMA 14 point assessment preferred.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED . Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Physical Requirements:
Work is primarily sedentary. Some walking and standing may occur in the course of a normal workday in connection with travel to and from meetings and conferences. May carry light items, such as reports, data products, and notebooks.

Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Must perform work activities requiring interaction, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others.
Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor.

Attendance:
With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA and approved time off, attendance is considered essential.
Must be able to work within the shift hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
