years as a mid-size commercial firm. We are seeking someone who has an interest in finding a long-term career home with an excellent organization - team-oriented, friendly, laidback atmosphere.
The hours are 8a - 4p as this will be a part-time position during the contract portion of this contract-to-hire opportunity. Healthcare benefits, a company-funded pension/retirement plan, paid holidays and paid vacation will be available upon permanent placement.

Reception duties
Answer all calls & transfer appropriately
Greet Visitors as they arrive
Handle Incoming / Outgoing Mail

Administrative & Secretarial Support
Correspondence & Filing
Daily administrative support for the owner and 6 Project Managers
Monthly Management Reports

Bookkeeping / Accounting Clerk
Invoicing / Billing
Accounts Payable


Qualifications
Pleasant personality with solid professional & business acumen
Eager to learn new skills and able to catch on quickly
Ability to work quickly & efficiently to support multiple managers
Must be able to utilize MS Office Suites - Excel, Outlook & Word especially

Requirements
2 - 8 years of Administrative experience
NC Notary Public
College degree a plus, but is not required
Light Bookkeeping and Invoicing
A/P experience - highly preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
