Job Description
The Talent Management Consultant focuses on developing and implementing the Annual MST Talent Assessment and Development Process and works closely with the HR team and/or clients in MST, to ensure the data is captured and utilized for assessment and development of identified talent. The TM Consultant provides suggestions for improvements to the templates and process based on interactions with talent partners and clients, and through direct application of the process. Works closely with LOB and Functional Talent Leads/clients to ensure they understand Talent Review process requirements and complete the process effectively as well as accurately. Act as the internal expert on TMS and keep Talent Leads updated on any TMS enhancements. Prepare materials for annual talent review meetings for the EVP of MST and other executives as requested. Respond to requests for TAD inputs from other functions such as diversity, compensation and corporate. Analyze TAD data to ensure it meets MST goals and requirements. Communicate progress to the HR talent leads and make suggestions for improved development actions. The Talent Management Consultant will assist in the MST identification of critical skills initiative and will work on a variety of talent management projects as they are requested.
The preferred location for this positon is Orlando, FL and will consider candidates located in Bethesda, MD, Moorestown, NJ or Owego, NY
Basic Qualifications

years of experience with HR competencies
Intermediate or above proficiency using Microsoft Office & related products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
Desired skills
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin HR processes, procedures and tools
Project management and execution
Ability to keep stakeholders informed and work autonomously
Knowledge of talent, learning and organization development theory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly articulate strong career interest and a desire to obtain significant leadership roles in the field of Human Resources.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
