Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership of software development team, which includes:
Guide users in formulating software requirements.
Advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
Develop associated software documentation.
Analyze user/customer requirements related to software andlor software system design.
Build software prototypes.
Evaluate computer applications or programs to ensure compliance with technical, professional, or otganizational standards/requirements,
Provide ongoing user support for software.
Analyze problems to determine technical solutions.
Conduct reviews to validate functional, operational, oI user requirements.
Create computer algorithms and protocols.
Determine what procedures will be required to solve technical problems.
Develop conceptual designs to address requirements.
Develop flrnctional, operational, or user requirements.
Identify and assess organizational, business, of user needs, constraints and requirements as they relate to the system, process, or structure being designed.
Optimize system performance through repeated adjustment, testing,
and re-adjustment.

Required Skills: Relevant Degree: Software Engineer, computer Engineer or computer Science Minimum Requirements: Nine (9) years (e.g. B.S. Degree plus 5 ) rs) experience working with software development programs. Three (3) years of experience progfammittg it an object oriented programming language (Java, C++, C#.NET). Three (3) years of experience programming Java 2 Enterprise Edition applications. Must be proficient in Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) and Java Server Page (JSP) development. Three (3) years experience in requirement analysis/generation.
Preferred Skills: Java
