JMT is currently seeking a Part-time Construction Administration individual. Candidates for this position shall be self motivating, confident and comfortable reviewing shop drawings, pay requests, schedules, construction documents and communicating with General Contractors. This person shall have a solid knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Required Skills
Candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience, must have an architectural background and possess good written and verbal skills. Professional certifications are a plus. A strong experience performing Construction Administration Services is required.
