The Business Systems Analyst may be on calls early in the morning or late at night, depending on the country they are working with during the roll out of this project. This will be a 40 hour per week job.
Top 3-5 required/must have technical skills:
Global HR Process Background, specifically with an ERP tool such as PeopleSoft or SAP
Unit Acceptance Testing Background - write scripts, test, document bugs, drive to resolution
User of SharePoint
User of MS Office products
Soft skills/Personality:
Team Oriented
Ability to surface issues when found in a professional, constructive manner and then drive to resolution of the issue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Day in the life/what the resource will actually be doing:
Attend late or early calls with employees in various countries
Work with Solution Manager on requirements gathering
Write Unit Acceptance Test Cases, Execute these UAT cases, document issues, drive to resolution
Attend meetings onsite or via conference call/video conference when requested
Assist in development of business cases for the project
Work with internal customers to define business requirements and help build the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Build and maintain close relationships with HR payroll stakeholders (globally), and IT engineering teams.
Act as the liaison between the business and IT, communicating requirements.
Partner with internal business customers and solution managers to understand and document new requirements for payroll processes and associated systems functionality.
Conduct interviews and facilitate sessions to ensure requirements provide a clear understanding of business needs.
Collaborate with IT engineering to research, analyze, and recommend technical solutions which will accomplish set business objectives.
Document detailed functional and user interface requirements which fulfill business requirements.
Utilize knowledge of requirements documentation, Use Cases, Process Flows and Mockups/Wireframes to ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
Coordinate and drive the efficient and timely completion of all work required for assigned projects/enhancements.
Analyze data sets/reports and create requirements for data standardizationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
