Summary:
The Service Order Dispatcher receives, records, and distributes work orders to service crews upon customers'' requests for service on articles or utilities purchased from wholesale or retail establishment or utility company, records information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered, prepares work order and distributes to service crew, schedules service calls and dispatches service crew.

Calls or writes the customer to insure satisfactory performance of service.
Keeps record of service calls and work orders.
May dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments using radio or cellular telephone equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

## Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
High School diploma or GED, and a minimum of six months of related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have adequate typing speed
Must be able to operate a two-way radio dispatch control system.
Must have knowledge of shop operations and skills in order to communicate orders by radio dispatch and to assure that work is assigned in the most efficient manner according to the highest priority first.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
