BAE Systems is looking for a Sr. Process Quality Assurance Engineer for the 2nd Shift. Primary duties will include the following:
1. Provide technical direction and support to Inspection personnel as required in support of RF Systems Common Build factory activities (NHQ).
2. Ensure the implementation of robust inspection methodologies in support of the organizational objectives of defect reduction and zero factory escapes.
3. Utilize statistical tools to ensure robust process capabilities exist for all manufacturing processes
4. Ensure the effective measurement, analysis and reporting of critical factory metrics in support of Factory CABs
5. Perform risk-based internal auditing of defense manufacturing processes that focuses on process effectiveness and compliance to enterprise policies and procedures within NH and Lexington, MA manufacturing areas
6. Create presentation materials for upper management

year(s) related experience

Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Required Skills: 1. Familiarity with complex defense manufacturing processes and inspection methodologies
2. High degree of knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) standards, including AS9100C and ISO9001:2008.Performs other responsibilities as needed.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Scientific field Strong academic record Associate's degree in an Engineering or Scientific field with direct industry specific work experience.
4. Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
Preferred Skills: Quality Assurance Engineer - Product Assurance - Performance Excellence Program Quality Assurance Engineering Position is for Individual Contributor who will be a part of a Factory Team. Must have the ability to work independently (2nd Shift position) and make sound assessments while utilizing Teammates & Leaders for developmental growth and understanding of the Systems. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Include: Electronics, Mechanical and/or Software Design elements, Manufacturing Factory Processes awareness, Configuration Control Board (CCB) processes, Control of Non-Conforming Material, Statistical Process Control (SPC) Data Collection and Analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
Experience: Prior Industry experience or Technical Internships is a plus. Assignments are in various areas of a Major Defense Electronics company. Communication, Presentation, and effective Leadership skills are expected. Working Knowledge of Quality Management Systems AS9100 / ISO9001 Quality and Workmanship Requirements (IPC 610) Welding / Non Destructive Test In Process / Final Quality Control Inspection Skills ASQ Certifications a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
