Sales Professional

We have experienced significant growth over the past few years and our expanded service offering has created an opportunity for an experienced salesperson to prospect, propose, and sell our services. We inspect a business from top to bottom and via a digital presentation, offer solutions to business owners. This is a commission based opportunity. You will be responsible for:
Prospecting for sales in a designated sales territory
Developing a daily schedule of productive activity from creative sources and qualified leads
Responding to and initiating telephone contact with potential customers
Developing community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
Conducting thorough inspections of the potential customer's business
Preparing proposals specific to the individual homeowner's needs
Presenting the sales proposals, explaining identified problems and the proposed solution
Closing sales and achieving sales performance objectives
