Responsibilities:_
This position will supervise 15-25 employees working to meet or exceed production, quality and safety goals. Will focus on housekeeping, scrap reduction, and employee relations. Will interact positively with all levels of personnel. This position will also monitor results and reports from area of responsibility. No travel required.
_MINIMUM
Qualifications:_ Candidate must have related supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing environment, with solid computer skills and strong communication skills.
Job Requirements
Two-year degree plus 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
