Asbury Automotive Group, one of the largest national retail automotive dealer groups, is seeking qualified individuals to assist with processing payroll for 100
franchises in its Duluth, GA office.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience processing payroll (UltiPro or other In-House payroll experience a plus, experience processing for 1000
employees a plus)
Experience setting up and responding to garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders (Expert Pay experience a plus)
Ability to isolate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Intermediate level experience with Excel
Highly detailed and organized
Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
Ad-hoc payroll reporting experience a plus
Responsibilities
Enter new hires and terminations into the Payroll/HR system; ensure accuracy of earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, vacation, benefits and PTO accruals.
Extract time and pay data from multiple sources, format data, and import to payroll system.
Process semi-monthly payroll and monthly commission payroll for up to 2000 employees.
Review payroll processing to ensure accuracy.
Submit files for positive pay, direct deposit, and withholdings.
Extract data and post payroll information to the general ledger.
Maintain employee records as it relates to payroll information.
Assist with periodic audits of pay data and benefits.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
