Job
Summary:
The Customer Care Advisor will focus on delivering World Class service that far exceeds the customers' expectations. The goal of the Customer Care Advisor is make our clients aware of our services that benefit them and are available for them to use now or in the future.
Job Duties:
Calling a list of clients to let themknow how important they are to the company,get theirfeedback, opinions and thoughts on existing or new programs available to them from the company, and booking the call.
Function as back-up for inbound calls during heavy call volume times. Gathering customer information, infomring the customer how the service call will go, booking the call.
Utilize a computurized customer managment database to enter information for both outbound calling campaigns as well as inbound calls.
Tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual customer care center call activity.
Various Customer Care administrative duties including, but not limited to: Sending Thank You and Gift Cards, entering customer information gathered during a service callinto the database.
Qualifications:
Previous customer care/call center experience preferred
Utilization of skilled voice inflection
As we grow it will be important that the Customer Care Advisor be flexible as to the ever-changing nature of the company.
Hours/Compensation:
Part-Time
2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Monday through Friday
Hourly plus bonuses for performance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
