Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, this position is accountable for ensuring the effective operation and smooth workflow of all international shipping.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily shipping of international shipments
Ability to produce the proper documentation for items to clear customs
EAR, ITAR & Import/Export Compliance recordkeeping
Back up for Domestic Shipping coordinator
Work with Customer Service & Sales to supply quotes for shipping terms
Work with Brokers on shipment coordination
Ability to stay aware of AES and other export compliance changes and updates
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge in Export Compliance 2 year minimum work experience required
Knowledge of Incoterms 2010
Strong skills in both verbal and written communication.
Lotus Notes & MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of E1 systems or similar MRP/SAP
Ability to work in a team environment is a MUST
