Assistant Depot Manager
Greenlight Biofuels is currently seeking a career minded individual to fill an open
assistant
management position
. The successful candidate will assist in managing all aspects of a waste vegetable oil collection and distribution facility.
Greenlight Biofuels, an established waste-to-fuel renewable energy company, is committed to maximizing the conversion of waste materials into viable sources of energy for individual and
commercial applications. Greenlight collects used cooking oil from restaurants and then filters
and purifies the material at our production facility. The finished product is a diesel fuel that is
100% derived from a renewable energy source.
Duties
will grow to
include but are not limited to:
-
Schedule driver routes for collections, container deployments, pick
-
ups, and associated account
service requests
-
Assist in hiring process including resume review, interview, and reference check
-
Assist Depot Manager with developing, evaluating, and regulating employees
-
Ensure customer service expectations are being meet while maintaining a balance with
efficiency of operations and coordination with internal sales department
-
Assist Depot Manager with account performance, collection frequencies and coordination with
Account Services Department
-
Assist managing facility, assets, and fleet including the cleanliness and maintenance of leased
and owned assets
-
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing third parties including sub
-
contract
service providers and waste oil collectors
-
Assist Depot Manager in maintaining employee safety, training, licenses, certifications, and
DOT compliance
-
Manage employee work schedules
Qualifications:
-
One to three years management experience in a related field/service
-
driven industry
-
High mechanical aptitude
-
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Word, Excel, Access
-
Some knowledge of OSHA, federal and state labor laws,
and Department of Transportation
regulations
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

his position is a full

time, exempt management position. Benefits include health insurance,

120 Hours Paid

Off annually.

range
DOE.
