Greets and direct patients in a friendly and efficient manner
Investigates and resolve patient inquires concerning merchandise, service, or billing in person or over the phone
Complete and record sales transactions accurately
Flexibility that enables one to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
Accurately and legibly records patient information, and appointments for eye exams
Supports management and sales team
Handles each phone call as an opportunity to do business, giving the patient reasons to choose Henry Ford OptimEyes as their eye care provider.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (accredited by the Department of Education) required
Must be willing to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends
Previous optical experience preferred
Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience highly desirable
American Board of Opticianry Certification (ABOC) or National Contact Lens Examiners Certification (NCLEC) preferred
Completion of all required training courses as dictated by Henry Ford OptimEyes.
