Will be working under close supervision to clean office, shops, conference rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and other spaces. Will be responsible for disignated areas to ensure sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, emptying trash and cleaning windows are kept in acceptable conditions.
80%- Custodial Duties.
20%- Assist shop with minor painting, cleaning and other general labor work.
High School graduate or equivalent. Able to read and write. No prior experience required. Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and be on call as required. Must have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing in order to interact effectively with a variety of individuals. Must be very Safety and environmentally conscious. Laundry: Previous experience in laundering operations desirable. Requires Valid Drivers License, U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.S. Person.
