Responsibilities:
Support production Windows servers
Work to detect, prioritize and resolve incidents
Identify and document common recovery procedures for service impacting incidents
Provide input into prevention, detection, and enhancement projects for continuous service improvement
Help maintain server infrastructure in a self-managed lab

Qualifications:
Ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts is critical
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and context switch,
Drive and passion to be a self-starter, work independently and collaboratively, set expectations, and be dependable
Passion for customer focus and satisfaction
Willingness to solve problems outside their core area
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Working knowledge and experience troubleshooting application and platform faults
Use of common Win32 instrumentation (performance counters, event logs, WMI, etc.) to detect and resolve incidents
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic network and DNS problems using simple commands (ping, trace, nslookup)

Required Technology Skills:
Virtualization (Hyper-V and SCVMM 2010 and 2012)
SCOM 2007 and 2012
Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2
SQL Server 2008 and 2008 R2
Mirroring, Clustering, Backups, Installation and Configuration, T-SQL
IIS, Web site support, log parsing, HTTP errors, Application Pools
Scripting experience in PowerShell and/or VBScript

Nice to have Technology Skills:
Ability to perform tasks or solve problems programmatically with one or more languages is a plus
Active Directory
Microsoft Clustering Services
Familiarity with routing and load balancing
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
