Under the direct supervision of the DR Group Manager, this position will be responsible for implementation, documentation, maintenance and testing of standard Client Disaster Recovery networks as well as overall maintenance of the RFA Data Center normally inclusive of Client hardware configuration, implementation, and maintenance. Willing to train Service Desk professional with relevant skill set. As part of DR team, must be local to Purchase, NY area.
Our ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented Junior Systems Administrator with 3
years experience in remote Client support, who can thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor. He/She will utilize their exceptional active listening, critical thinking and communication skills to resolve client issues while promoting RFA's brand as a client-centric, full-service technology provider.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery server hardware and software
Administrate, monitor and troubleshoot all versions of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Citrix, and additional vendor software as required according to DR guidelines
Provide andor maintain documentation for Clients regarding their Disaster Recovery services
Plan for andor assist in Client user testing of Disaster Recovery Services and provide results of testing
Perform analysis of Client Disaster Recovery Network components prior to activation
Activate andor assist in activation of all or any component of standard Client DR Services
MonitorRepair issues noted during maintenance checks of Client DR components.
Respond to NOC alerts for Data Center hardware or environmental conditions.
Conduct daily replication checks.
Report on the current maintenance status of Disaster Recovery networks to Clients.
Monitor and respond to requests made via Client critical e-mail distribution list; escalate technical DR and Data Center facilities related issues
Qualifications:
3
years experience in network administration and user technical support role
Administrative familiarity with MS Windows Server 2000/3 or higher, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange 2000/3 or higher, MS SQL 2000/5 or higher
Skilled in technical crisis management strongly preferred
Good understanding of existing network programs and capabilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
Preferred Certifications: VMware VCP5,Exam 70-662 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, E10-001 Information Storage and Management (EMCISA), E20-532 Storage Administrator (EMCSA)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
