Summary
The position of Configure to Order (CTO) Product Analyst will support the evolution of Engineered-To-Order (ETO) products to CTO to facilitate our digitization journey and grow our market share for targeted products. This position will be part of a high performance team that will execute the automation of orders from order conversion to manufacturing. The CTO Product Analyst will certify all product configurator outputs used by customers, order engineering, and manufacturing in the automation of the quote and order processes.
Job Description
? Identify, report, and resolve product configurator output (Customer Bills-Of-Materials, Order Bills-of-Material, Drawings, Labels, Routings, etc.) issues to support auto-releasing of orders.
? Test, certify, and recertify product configurator outputs for all product development projects.
? Use statistical tools and data analysis techniques to identify CTO offer opportunities through back office sales history data mining.
? Research drawing automation and manufacturing bills-of-material support from configurator for various product applications and Order Engineering fixes applied to product configurator generated output.
? Identify product applications that are CTO qualified for automatic processing and work with Offer Management to determine market opportunities.
Primary Skills and Qualifications
? Understanding of the Engineered-To-Order business processes and applications (Desired)
? Knowledge of product configurator content development processes for both marketing and engineering business outputs as part of the Offer Creation Process. (Desired)
? Experience using ACE configurator content development and testing tools. (Desired.)
? Knowledge of Schneider Electric / Square D low voltage and/or medium voltage electrical distribution products.(Desired)
? Knowledge of statistics, statistical methods, and software (Desired)
? Project management skills to develop and manage tasks to support multiple projects at once.
? Accountable, self-motivated and proactive
? Solid and pragmatic problem solving skills
? Strong written and oral communication skills to work collaboratively with remote teams and management.
? Ability to work in a culturally diverse workplace with people from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and beliefs.
? Bachelors degree required (preferred in an Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical field) 0-5 yrs experience.
