Skill Set and Job Requirements
SAS DI Developer will be responsible for Enterprise Data Warehouse and mapping data from multiple sources (including Teradata, Oracle, flat files, Excel), building and implementing the data flows and loading the data into a SAS Analytical data mart. The consultant will be required to design/develop the data model for the SAS Analytical Data mart for optimal efficiencies. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in using DI Studio, Teradata, Oracle, SAS Metadata Administration and good communication skills providing updates to the Technical Lead. The client utilizes SAS 9.3 EDI in a UNIX environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, with hands-on, proven experience with SAS programming to maintain and develop advanced SAS coding techniques to write maximum efficient and performance optimized code.

Services may include focus on and require the Consultant to:
Apply and demonstrate expertise with efficient DATA step, SQL programming, SAS Macro programming, ODS, Reporting and Summary procedures and SAS Array processing.
Minimum of 6 (six) years' experience developing technical solutions with SAS Data Integration and reporting tools in a SAS environment
Must have project experience with implementing advanced SAS coding techniques to optimize performance and have developed best practices for efficient coding due to constraints of hardware storage and memory.
Must have project experience with sophisticated Base SAS development for performance enhancement and advanced SAS Dataset storage best practices.
UNIX scripting knowledge is required.
Lead and/or actively participate in SAS knowledge-sharing activities.
Must be able to read, and understand existing coding and processing to troubleshoot and resolved issues as they arise.
Experience in Data Integration Studio, developing sophisticated data flows in DI Studio.
Experience extracting data using SAS/ACCESS to Teradata and SAS/Access to Oracle.
Experience manipulating data in SAS using DATA step, ARRAYs, Macros, SQL.
Experience with reporting techniques and procedures in SAS (e.g., PROC REPORT, PROC SUMMARY, ODS and export functionality to Excel).
Ability to develop new data loads to existing data warehouse.
Integrating and managing the data mappings from the client's data sources (mainly Teradata, Oracle) to the SAS Analytical data mart using SAS DI Studio. Designing, developing and implementing the DI Studio job flows to load the data into SAS.
The client is using SAS Model Manger to perform the Analytics. Thus, it's a plus if the SAS consultant has knowledge of pushing the data to SAS Model Manager.
Creating Stored Processes to provide the users of the Analytical Data Mart easy access to the data.
This position will be responsible for:
Gathering data requirements and designing/developing data marts
Performing analytical and programming activities including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of integrating the data management solutions
Functioning as subject matter expert for using Data Integration Studio
experience in designing and developing data marts and using SAS DItools
strong understanding of standard development methodology (Systems Development Life-cycle) for both implementation and maintenance projects
Thorough understanding of and experience in structured programming methodology
Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and writing technical specifications
Strong SAS9.3 DI tools, SQL, Teradata and Oracle knowledge.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
