We sell, install and service innovative technology solutions that help national retailers improve their profits by reducing their shrink inventory. Intelligent EAS systems help businesses prevent theft. With the addition of the most innovative RFID technology, we enable retailers to take inventory of their stock in a matter of minutes. We are a division of one of the fastest growing security solution providers in the United States. We work in close cooperation with our Dutch partner and vendor Nedap Retail, one of the world's largest suppliers of intelligent EAS and RFID for retail.
The EAS division of FE Moran Security Solutions is currently located at Monroe CT. We will move to Stamford CT spring this year. We are gaining market share rapidly. To offer our clients the nationwide support they deserve we are expanding our support team. As part of our growth we are seeking a Service and Installation Support Manager.

Mentoring: To provide excellent service and installation support, your manager and colleagues will bring you up to speed when it comes to product, customer and service procedure knowledge.
The opportunity to build customer and subcontractor relationships and work with large national retailer accounts.
A competitive package.
Your challenge
Schedule and monitor service visits and order/ship parts when needed.
Customer support (includes more system troubleshooting) and redirect to Remote Service Technician when needed.
Post-service follow-up calls to customers.
Monitor service queue and escalate service response when necessary.
Ensure work is completed by FEM - certified subcontractor.
Ensure accurate and timely service and installation billing is processed.
Completes WIP report with the assistance of other EAS team members and submits document to Corporate Office in a timely manner.
Proactively sources and recruits new subcontractors.
Maintains subcontractor relationships to ensure training and documentation is complete.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

You have:
At least 3 years of service support experience
Provable experience with project documentation, ticketing and invoicing
The ability to calm down upset customers and to persuade and motivate subcontractors and other parties involved in customer service and installation

Building relationships with customers and subcontractors in the field

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
