Inside Sales/Loan Officer

We offer an excellent work environment, extensive training and a compensation package that includes a base salary as well as an aggressive, uncapped commission structure with unlimited earnings potential. We are looking for successful Loan Officer/Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.
Summary:
1. Submit complete loan applications
2. Originate residential mortgage loans
3. Develop referrals through personal networking and leads provided
4. Utilize and work with all lead sources effectively
5. Able to identify and work up loan options for potential clients
6. Maintain licensing through required continued education courses provided by company
7. Follow up and follow through with clients from application process through loan funding
8. Meet and maintain monthly sales goals and quotas
9. Work efficiently with all support staff (Branch Manager, Processing, Underwriting and Funding Departments)
Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
1. Proven track record in meeting sales quotas in a sales environment
2. Ability to communicate effectively with clients
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Mortgage experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate
6. Current NMLS license a plus
