Technical Requirements:
Object Orientated Programmer - capable of working with any programming language while familiar with Database Management.
Database Experience in Oracle, SQL
Extensive experience in Multi-Tiered application development using, C#, , .Net, Cold Fusion.
WEB Development, IT and Database Management, and Microsoft Office Applications utilization.
GFEBS and Program Management Office experience (desired).
Duties.
Program Analyst Support:
Maintain the continuity of work processes within Business Management Information System to integrate with external electronic data sources to include, Acquisition Database, Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE), PBAS, SAP, GFEBS, and contracts.
Integrate information technologies and enhancements to Business Management Information System software into the General Fund Business System (GFEBS) and develop new IT business reporting solutions.
Perform on-site support through activities associated with the sustainment of business processes through increased application interoperability and data collaboration.
Create new and improve current management dashboards to maintain focus on important metrics.
Provide an on-site presence to perform as subject matter expert throughout the process of integrating GFEBS into PM SW Business Management Information Systems and provide data population, maintenance, system enhancement and/or refinement, and instruction for GFEBS.
Provide on-site data population, maintenance, system enhancement and/or refinement and training.
Bachelor''s degree or higher preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in the appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university, plus thirteen (13) or more years of progressive and relevant experience in field, including demonstrated specialist skills.
Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills that commensurate with position requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including warm and cold climates. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Office is located off site at: Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Equipment and Machines:
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.
Attendance:
Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions:
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
