Summary: The Program Administrator, Oncology Services will implement and operate the Oncology clinical programs at Mission Health. Reporting directly to the Medical Director / VP Cancer Services, the Program Administrator will guide and implement the strategic direction for oncology services at Mission Health. The Program Administrator will lead the development of the clinical programs which includes developing evidence based protocols and continuously improving operations to achieve Mission''s BIG (GER) aim. The Administrator will be accountable to develop highly effective interdisciplinary oncology teams and ensure that the oncology programs achieve the quality, safety, patient satisfaction and cost effectiveness goals. The Program Administrator will oversee the quality, service levels, cost and operational integrity of oncology services, and regulatory compliance and accreditation.
Required Education: MBA, MHA or MNS or related field
Preferred Education: None
Required License: Registered Nurse or other clinical healthcare discipline

Experience: 5 years of progressive oncology management experience is required.

Experience: Experience within an integrated health care system, with exposure to both inpatient and ambulatory services.
