Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the firm's information assets against identified threats and align with overall business strategy.
Communicate and present the security architecture to IT management, business units and key stakeholders.
Assist in developing the overall IT Security strategy for the organization.
Collaborate with IT managers, IT Security SMEs and Business solution architects to review solutions and system design, and validate against the security architecture and best practices to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Provide general advice and guidance on topics related to information security risk and compliance.
Identify critical architectural deficiencies and weaknesses in existing solutions; and provide recommendations for remediation of the security gaps in partnership with business operations, corporate and business unit BISOs.
Provide strategic direction for adoption of security solutions that are driven by emerging technologies (examples - cloud, mobile, big data , cyber- threats and so on.) and business drivers (for instance M&A;, offshore expansion, etc).
Formulate and evolve risk-based matrixes to align IT security architecture with overall business strategy. o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
At least one relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.); PMP certification is a plus.
Proven technical expertise, with minimum 7 years of experience in IT security architecture and management.
Strong knowledge of operating system platforms and network design.
Highly skilled in working in large, complex, Enterprise Computing environments.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - the ability to interface with technical and non-technical organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong familiarity with security issues surrounding network computing and experience in implementation of security systems and controls.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
