Position Description
Responsible for the business planning function for a large, complex, and national line of business. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Business Planning: Understanding the business strategy and putting together presentations that tell the clear, concise, and compelling stories about business opportunities, strategies and initiatives, business performance, and gap analysis. Presentations for senior executive leadership teams under the CEO and COO offices. Strategy development, relationship management, and plan negotiations with Retail business partners regarding Small Business sales.
Client Experience lead for Small Business: Driver and central point of contact for client experience strategy and initiatives across the Small Business organization.
Will lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive growth and the achievement of business strategies.
Enterprise Overview
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers.
Required Skills
Minimum of 10 years experience in strategy, consulting, or business support related roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where projects often have a high degree of ambiguity.
Demonstrable success in supporting large-scale projects involving functionally diverse stakeholders.
Strong personal skills to build relationships across the Bank at all levels.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to succinctly convey information.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Curiosity and a thirst for knowledge.
Bachelor's degree with major course work in business administration, management, finance, economics; or comparable work experience.
Expert PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Consumer Banking products and services.
Knowledge of the Bank's Small Business Banking platform.
Advanced degree or designation (i.e., MBA, MS, CFA).AO-Business Support

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
