This leader will create and transform new ideas and tactical operations into innovative and strategic programs that raise the bar at Constant Contact. KEY
Responsibilities:
Scope, plan, drive, and scale complex and matrixed initiatives, projects, and programs across the organization
Create deeply rooted and integrated cross-functional partnerships across various departments including but not limited to: Human Resources, Marketing, Internal Communications, and New Hire Training.
Be rigorous about data: track, analyze, and communicate key insights, success metrics, and business trends as they relate to our programs.
Lead recruitment marketing and branding initiatives, including maximizing a matrixed and robust social media & digital marketing strategy
Work collaboratively across multiple locations to ensure programs are implemented with local flavor and represent the Constant Contact brand and culture.
As a thought leader, build strong external relationships with peers in other 'best in class' organizations - in order to share experiences, learn best practices and network for new ideas and resources.
Partner with Talent Acquisition peers to improve the Talent Coordinator support model for scheduling, support, candidate experience, and recruiting operations & efficiency.
Design and oversee seamless program launches and communication plans on talent acquisition programs.
Partner closely with HR Leadership team in developing and maintaining HR Roadmap & KPI's
Directly Manage FT Campus Recruiter
Supervise (indirectly manage) recruiters & coordinators.



Qualifications
10
years leadership experience in a HR, Talent Acquisition, Advertising, or Marketing function
Demonstrated success delivering complex, large-scale cross functional programs & projects
Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Strong analytical skills, including ability to extract and evaluate complex data and identify areas for further insights and analysis
Passion or experience for Digital Marketing & Media, Social Media Marketing
Self-starter with strong project management skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high change environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation and persuasion skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Experience working with c-level leaders
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent experience
PMP certification preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
