The Research & Development intern in our Clinical Department will be provided the opportunity to collaborate within the research and development department, allowing the intern to understand functional roles and explore career options within a biotechnology company.
Support ongoing phase 3 clinical trial
Provide support across all functional disciplines.
Prepare meeting agendas and document key decisions.
Support trial master file (TMF) management.
Provide administrative office support (managing supplies, etc.)
Provide cross-functional support to ensure deliverables are met within the established budgets and timelines.
Participate in program and project development.
Tracking and disseminate project information
Gain a basic understanding of GCP
Liaise cross-functionally to collect and disseminate project and/or program information
This responsibility will vary depending on the nature of the work being performed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in a science or related discipline i.e. chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, etc.
Some experience working in a professional office setting
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and strong writing skills required.
Microsoft Office Suite (2007 and 2010) skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Project a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
