Our client which is a global software and services company located in Tempe and is looking for two Junior Inside Sales Specialists. The positions are contract to hire and pay 17/hr.
Job Description
They are searching for an aggressive, self-motivated individual with 0-2 years of inside sales and/or account management experience. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships, setting appointments in order to sell consulting services and software solutions to all levels of management. Our client is a dynamic and innovative company with open communication and team atmosphere.
This individual will work closely with Senior Account and Recruiting Managers, as well as generate new business through cold calling, leads, networking events, referrals, etc. You will be required to set phone and face-to-face appointments. This position requires 0-2 years of sales experience and superior customer service skills. Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
Telephone Inside-Sales background including:
Strengthened client rapport to create relationship-based sales.
Qualified prospects based on criteria established by management and set-up conference calls, online meetings and on-site appointments in support of the Senior Account Managers.
Must have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Willing and able to support administrative duties, including recruiting support.
Ability to develop and execute account strategies with Senior Account Managers in various industries such as:
Seeking people who are naturally competitive and outgoing in nature.
Strong ability in prospecting, qualifying and capturing new business
Commitment to complete challenging goals and tasks, exceed quotas
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Selling of Professional Consulting Services a plus.
Global delivery experiences a plus.
Familiarity with Avionics, Medical and/or Telecom industries is a plus.
Base salary plus commission plan.
Applied Science Degree or CS Degree.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
