Duties: Analyze clients needs and determine how operations can be altered to improve our services and better meet their needs. Collect information from various sources and improve the work conditions and efficiency. Communicate with vendors in Japan and negotiate for prices and delivery contracts. Be highly responsive to customer inquiries and assist them in Japanese with the resolution of any problems that may arise.
Requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related and fluency in Japanese language required.
