Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Accounts will lead, facilitate and be accountable for execution of the National Account program. The Manager is responsible for leading a team of Program Managers and Specialist. You will be tasked with build deep and lasting professional relationship with each client, as well as the internal network. The Manager is accountable for the quality of each client book of business, retention and accounts receivable while supporting the organization goals to grow and maintain existing customers. They are responsible to recruit, coach and develop a team that is an advocate for our clients and represents the brand in the highest profession standard.
Responsibilities:
Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines resources needed.
Serves as liaison between team members and functional areas
Supervises teamwork processes and procedures, expenses, and supports programs, which drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
Oversees project personnel needs including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
Partners with the Director's in deepening client relationships through new program initiatives including right sizing, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers, and the addition of new services.
Achieves a Renewal Rate of 90% of their client portfolio
Contract Management:
Accountable for contract compliance
Thoroughly understands contract terms and conditions.
Ensures and assists in execution of 100% of customer monthly audits
Customer Experience/Leadership:
Acts as an internal and client resource to escalate and address operational level activities including billing, set-up and service request
Monitors industry trends, coach, and communicate potential product and client impacts.
Recruits and hires associates that will meet the highest professional standard and will deliver a superior customer experience to clients.
Acts as a role model, a resource and an advocate of the business model
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or similar area of study.
Three to five years of relationship management experience
Direct supervision of 6-10 full-time employees
Must be able to effectively present information to clients, and the public.
Must have fluent understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and have PowerPoint development, presentation skills and experience.
10% - 20% travel may be requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
