## Description
Regulatory Reporting is primarily responsible for the preparation and filing of The Company's various financial filings with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in accordance with Bank Holding Company requirements. As a Bank Holding Company, The Company is required to adopt Basel II/III. Basel II/III is a sophisticated Capital Adequacy framework with rigorous risk & capital management requirements that are aligned with the risks a bank is exposing itself to through Lending and Investment activities. In addition to more in-depth and detailed requirements in the calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and required capital, Basel II/III requires more extensive public disclosures.
Driving the Basel II/III implementation for Global Reporting and Controllership.
Responsibility for project planning/documentation and projects updates.
Managing the Risk Weighted Asset calculation and production of FFIEC 101 Schedules
Development and implementation of significant analytical and Pillar III reporting disclosures related to Basel III.
Interaction with the Federal Reserve Bank Examiners and Regulators as needed.
Ensure compliance with the Federal Reserve and other regulatory reporting requirements, the Company's internal review procedures and all other applicable policies and procedures
Working closely with other project teams (Oracle / Technologies) to drive the development of automated solutions.
Development of SOPs, Policies and other Governance to support Basel II/III requirements.
Managing post implementation process delivery, regulator interface and change management.
## Qualifications
3-4 years experience in bank external and/or regulatory reporting, accounting and financial analysis. Public accounting experience a plus
Strong technical understanding of US GAAP accounting and reporting (SEC and/or Federal Reserve)
BASEL II/III concept knowledge and experience a plus. Knowledge of counterparty credit risk reporting and Basel II/III Credit Risk Weighted Assets a plus
Knowledge of AXP systems a plus
