Our client located in Nashville, TN is looking to hire an IT Contract Manager. This person will be responsible for the procurement of IT contract negotiations of software, hardware and services. This role will be responsible for obtaining all relevant formal quotations and business terms. This is a direct hire position.

Responsibilities will include:
Drafting contract documentation for bid submissions
Performing contract reviews and execution
Reviewing project contracts to identify obligations, liabilities and risk
Support BU Procurement Projects
Provide monthly reporting on vendor spend
Create and submit monthly Procurement KPI and savings reporting

To qualify for this position, you must meet or exceed the following:

Procurement knowledge
5 years of purchasing experience in a strategic role
Experience with contract negotiations
2 years of IT procurement experience
Ability to work well under pressure

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
