years sourcing topnotch Engineers and Technologists
Demonstrated ability to understand the difference between C+
and C #
Ability to work independently and in a team setting Previous experience with high volume recruiting for a tech company. E
Experience with various ATS systems, preferably Jobvite
Experience with high level sourcing tools only true Sourcers would know!
The ideal individual for this role will hear things like Talentbin, Stackoverflow, Github and immediately know which site is better for find Object Oriented Java developers.
The ideal candidate will feel that Boolean search strings are the thing of the past.
You will have a network of technologists in your LinkedIn connections.
You will speak the languages technologists and Engineers speak and are able to bring the sexy out metering solutions.
You will be creative, organized and extremely motivated to be successful and make a significant contribution to the success of Sensus.
You will contribute to a high-paced work environment and will have the ability to change priorities quickly.
In this role you will source top notch ?A? players for our Research & Development group in RTP area.
You will be tasked with keeping candidates warm and enthused about the prospect of being a part of the Sensus Team.
Main Duties &
Responsibilities:
Your day to day responsibilities will include the following and much more: Touchpoint meetings with Recruiters to qualify open requisitions
Reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screen interviews Serving as the point of contact for candidates during the ?applicant? phase of the interview process
Work closely with the Recruiters on feedback and status of the applicants candidacy Schedule in person interviews, create a candidate experience reflective of the Sensus culture as needed.
Maintaining ATS regarding candidate status
Provide status updates of candidate availability to the Recruiters


All Qualified Candidates must be willing to work W-2 and take/pass a drug test and take/pass an employment verification and criminal background check, per our client?s human resources policy

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
