# Job Description
Reports to the Planning Yard Design Manager
Responsible for the day to day supervision of a large multi-discipline design team.
Ensures that design tasks are completed to established schedule, budget, and quality parameters
Performs root cause analysis and develops corrective action plans on Design issues
Develops employee performance evaluations
Reports progress to scheduled work at various meetings
Supports input and maintenance of PM Compass
Develops ROM and GAF design estimates
Process and verify employee time accounting records
Administers the requirements of the BMDA labor contract
# Required Education/Training
BS in a technical field with 5 years job related experience or 7 years equivalent work experience
Proficient using various desktop applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
AutoCAD experience is preferred

Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to foster a constructive and motivating work environment based on teaming
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high churn, rapid response technical environment

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
