## Description
AAI - Textron Systems has an immediate opening for a well-rounded mid-level industrial security professional to fulfill
the position of Assistant Contractor Special Security Officer (ACSSO) / Assistant Contractor Program Security Officer
(ACPSO) at its Hunt Valley, MD facility. This position will report to the Manager, Program Security.
Under the supervision of the CSSO/CPSO this position will assist in the exercise of absolute positive control over all
aspects of multiple complex SCI/SAP security programs. The ACSSO/ACPSO will assist with all SCI/SAP functional area
responsibilities to include, but not limited to: personnel security, physical security, access control, writing and updating
policy, and other duties as required for the direct support of the client and corporate. Additional responsibilities include
providing assistance with guidance, training, and support to the project support teams, operations staff, and managers as
required.
The successful candidate must be able to operate and communicate effectively in a fast paced highly dynamic advanced
technology solutions environment. Short fuse requests are a normal daily operational aspect of this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assist CSSO in daily responsibilities for all SCI and SAP programs.
Support all SCI/SAP accreditation and policy requirements.
Assist with writing and updating policy for all SCI and SAP programs.
Support and participate in all required government inspections to also include self inspections.
Provide assistance for information systems, Classified Materials Control Center, COMSEC Custodian, Physical Security,
Personnel Security, and Access Control.
Assist with the implementation of M-1, DCID, ICD, NISPOM, NISPOMSUP, JFAN, and other regulations and policy for
SCI and SAP programs.
Assist in processing SF86 and PARs for SCI/SAP nominations and assist with billet reports.
Create, support, and deliver briefings in support of Security Education and Training Awareness Programs.
Support Counter-Intelligence programs and liaise between security leadership and government CI representatives.
## Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors Degree or be in a current Bachelors Degree program focused on Security, Logistics, Business, or
ther related field and 4 years of defense related experience.
Must have an active Secret security clearance. TS/SCI preferred
Completion of formal SSO and/or CSSO training and certification is a plus.
Direct experience in assisting / supporting information systems, Classified Materials Control Center, COMSEC Custodian,
Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Access Control in the SCI and SAP environments is a plus.
Hands-on experience with E-QIP, JPAS, ISFD, PAR's is a plus.
Physical Security experience building and accrediting closed areas and SCIFS/SAPFS is a plus.
Working knowledge and understanding of the NISPOM, NISPOMSUP, DCID, ICD, JFAN, and other government
regulations pertaining to SCI and SAP programs is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Highly experienced in interfacing with Government customers and executive management.
Must be highly organized and able to provide precise and correct information for SCI/SAP programs to senior leadership
and the client.
Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and database applications.
Must be able to operate and communicate effectively in a fast paced highly dynamic advanced technology solutions
environment.
Must be comfortable conducting security presentations/briefings and answering questions.
Qualifications:
Defense Security Service Academy course work including: Essentials of Industrial Security Management, Protecting
Secret and Confidential Documents, Derivative Marking Requirements, Industrial Security Facilities Database, Personally
Identifiable Information, JPAS/JCAVS, TEMPEST, TSCM, FSO, SCIF / SAPF Management, and COMSEC.
Textron (and its subsidiaries) participates in E-Verify. We will provide the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from each new employer's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
