Summary
This position will manage and execute on client projects, through hands-on efforts and management of team members.
The Manager will utilize their industry knowledge of direct marketing and analytics and manage consultants to support the projects as well as be hands-on in delivering client results.
The key skill needed is the ability to establish solid client relationships and be part of a team environment that delivers outstanding analytic results to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify key insights and Develop strategic recommendations
- Provide strong leadership in project planning, project execution, and project management
- Create task plans (linked to project plans) for self and all team members
- Daily review of progress relative to plan for each employee and task
- Manage client expectations and consultant teams to meet project timelines and budgets
- Ensure consultants understand project scope and overall objectives
- Develop specific goals designed to achieve the overall project deliverables
- 25-50% Hands-on in Analytics
- Complete project status reports and lead status calls
- Present findings and results to clients
- Develop and contribute to client presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree (advanced degree preferred) in business, statistics, or quantitative field.
- 6
years of experience in working with data and utilizing quantitative techniques to solve marketing or business problems,
- Experience in campaign analysis, program optimization, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Proficient knowledge of SAS or other statistical programming language
- Knowledge of direct and online marketing metrics and analytic techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
