AOW Operating North America is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our winning team!
We are the only company of its kind that specializes in the mobile purchasing, melting and analyzing of jewelry and precious metals globally and we are expanding at an astonishing rate. We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Specific Key Roles:
Research and data mining for targeted territories
Research and ensure compliance with state licensing and regulations
Help ensure correct expression for all media used
Create and write content for Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, training documents, user guides
Create and write content for Newsletters
Support marketing schedules and time frames
Assist with Corporate Event Planning (Meetings, Events, Trade Shows and Travel Arrangements)
Help develop and manage social media content
Qualifications:
Bilingual; fluent in Spanish, must have the ability to use it in business communications
5 years previous experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Capability to create and write content for Newsletters
Ability to work independently or within a group
Both spoken and written communication abilities
Must be able to pass a background check
Professionalism in appearance and attitude
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
